jj33 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC). jj33 may require Players to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any point, including prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documentation may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawals suspended until verification is successfully completed.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the jj33 platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). jj33 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Limitation of Liability

11.2 jj33-Initiated Suspension or Closure. jj33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• Fraudulent activity is detected or suspected;
• jj33 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order;
• A Player is on a self-exclusion list or has invoked a self-exclusion tool.

11.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. jj33 will make reasonable efforts to contact the registered Player before any dormant account processing. Amendments to These Terms

jj33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease use of the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
